THE SECOND BOHEMIANS YOUNG ARTISTS PIANO COMPETITION
7:00-9:00 pm / Christ and Saint Stephen’s - 120 W 69th St, NYC
Three finalists, aged up to age 18, compete in a live final round for 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes of the 2nd annual Bohemians Young Artists Piano Competition. 2024 also marks 100 years since the death of Gabriel Fauré. We will pay tribute to this great composer by offering a prize for the best performance of a work by Fauré.
Our winners last year were David Fu (1st prize), Benjamin Wien (2nd prize), and Timothy Yang (3rd prize). All of our finalists have gone on to do great things over the past year, including winning other competitions and soloing with orchestras around the country.
